BlackHawk Works, LLC (“BHW”) is a family-owned and operated business. After 4 years of service with the Marine Corps and 16 years with the Army, I retired and started BHW in November of 2011. I wanted to go back to my roots of growing up in Montana where I logged with my father. Our first purchase was a plow truck for the winter and then a small stump grinder early spring of 2012.

We quickly grew and purchased more equipment and gear to be able to accomplish any job from top to bottom. In late fall of 2015, we built our shop and moved in during the winter months. During the summer of 2016, we added climbers to our staff and are now capable of hazardous tree removal and emergency call outs.

In the winter months, we are still open for tree and land work as we shift our attention to snow removal. We are equipped with plow trucks for residential driveways and heavier equipment for commercial plowing, sanding and hard pack removal.
